DTIA Membership Policy

Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any services provided on this website (www.dtia.net). A pro-rated amount equal to the balance of the membership term, minus an administration fee of $35.00 USD, may, at the discretion of the Dental Technicians International Association (DTIA), be applied to future membership services provided the following conditions are met:

• The member is in good standing with the DTIA
• The member has not violated any of the 'Terms of Use' of www.dtia.net
• The member can be easily contacted to facilitate the request
• The member is applying the amount to a level of membership which has an equal or greater cost
• The member is applying the amount to a membership for themselves

The purchaser of the membership must send an email request to membership@dtia.net.

Policy for all other services and products. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any services provided on any website owned or operated as a division of DCS SmileScience Inc. including but not limited to (www.Smilescience.com www.DentalCareerServices.com)

A pro-rated amount equal to the balance of the terms of an agreement, minus an administration fee of $35.00 USD, may, at the discretion of the administration department be applied. Any discrepancies not resolved to the satisfaction of the client can be referred to the executive management team for a second and final opinion.
